Hi, I've been a member of slimming world for 5 weeks now (12lb so far and loving it!) and recently I encouraged my disabled mother to join. She is doing well, but cannot cook for herself. Usually this is not a problem, as I am her carer, but next week I am on holiday and I am looking for some Syn free easy to make meals that use only the microwave or a low filled kettle, as she cannot hold anything heavy. I already know she can have certain Low Fat Super Noodles, Pasta 'n' Sauce's (without butter or milk) and Mug Shots but want to make sure she has plenty of options. I want to use as few Syns as possible (preferably none) so that she can still have her night time chocolate fix.
Any ideas?

Make things this week and freeze. Cottage pie, lasagne, soups, etc can all be microwaved from frozen, but will also last several days in the fridge. Not a mugshot in sight
