Thread: Syn Calculator

I have some vegetarian foods from Asda that have been bought for me. The syn values for them are not on the SW website so I have tried to use the calculator but I keep coming up with different values. I know that you have to look at the highest percentage in the contents to identify the free foods, but would sweet potato come under potatoes or just veg? Sounds like a stupid question, but I always struggle with the calculator.

Sweet potatoes will be listed under potatoes hun - after you choose potatoes a sub menu will appear and they are listed there
