Extra Easy: Mugshots? Free food or syns

Hiya, in only new to SW an still getting head round it, mugshots are they free or do they have a sun value? I have the sweet and sour noodle one thanks

Free if they're 1% fat or less in general, but best to check on the website, some of the versions at B&M have syns as the recipe is different x

Hi k, welcome they are free if it says "less than 1%" there is some that say "less than 3%" that are syns! So as long as they are less than 1 they are FREE

Not really as there are 1% fat mugshots that are synned and there are 2% fat ones that are free lol. Unfortunately there are no hard and fast rules on mugshots so you need to check by flavour but luckily both the spicy sweet and sour, and sweet and sour ones are syn free Kerry

By the way for future reference can you keep questions about syns to the syn values section, there are lots of threads about mugshots over there lol xx
