Thread: This is free!!!

I just wanted to post some 'freebies' that I've come across and see if anyone else has any!
I like cooking from scratch but I also like having so emergency easy meals from the freezer and since I've started doing red days its opened my eyes to some great meals!
Tesco simply heat brisket in ale gravy - FREE
Tesco pulled pork with BBQ sauce- FREE
Asda hot and spicy chicken breasts- FREE!
Tesco simply heat gammon shanks - FREE

Has anybody else come across any freezer goodies?

Hiya, I was wondering how you found out the tesco pulled pork was free, I clocked it in store a few weeks ago but when searching syns online for it it's not listed on there !!!

It was on the app in the syn values!

But are you referring to the sw app with the syns online cos I can only find the tesco slow cooked pulled beef and ham on there the pork isn't listed??

yeah that's the app. I typed in tesco simply heat pork and it came up. I actually typed in tesco simply heat....and then found that the pork and brisket are free x

Ha !!! I was just putting tesco pulled pork and nothing was showing just done it again putting in what you did :-)

I like the idea of this thread for some ideas on what we can have for free when there's no time to cook from scratch etc. I've nothing to contribute but will be watching with great interest lol

Yeah it is chick. There's a whole range of tesco simply heat things but I can't find the syn value for the duck which I'd be very surprised if this was free!

I know the birds eye beef in homestyle gravy is free but can't find this anywhere.
Morrisons own beef in gravy is free too

Birds eye traditional beef with homestyle gravy frozen 114g/227g pack = free
Waitrose Free range pork leg steaks chilled = free
Tescos Tikka/Sweet Chilli/Flamegrilled chunky chicken pieces ready to eat chilled - free!
Marks & Spencer Count on us chargrilled lemon chicken twin pack chilled 175g each = free!
