I know there is a big debate about synning or not of Smash being used to make pizza, scones and as a coating for meat etc but I have just found this on another Slimming Word group which was posted by the admin.
This should help clear things up
I think it's good to find out what the officials think because after all we want to protect all of our minimins members and our weight loss.

Thank you for your email. You are correct using smash as a flour substitute would mean it had a Syn value. Using smash, eggs, cottage cheese to make scones would certainly have a Syn value. I hope this helps with your enquiry.
