M&S Delicious & Nutritious Mooli Wraps

Hi All

Does anyone know the syn value of the new M&S Delicious & Nutricious Vietnamese style marinated pork salad bits in mooli ribbons?

I googled them and someone said a different flavour was 1/2 syn for the whole pack as all the ingredients would be free apart from the chilli dip? I also found this link...

The whole pack is 150 calories for 6 wraps and sweet chilli dip and they are sooo nice so I am hoping the google post was right!!!

hope this helps.

If you can tell me the following, I will try and work it out on the Syns calculator for you. I need to know:

The first thing on the listed ingredients
Calories per 100g
Protein per 100g
Carbs per 100g
Fat per 100g
Package / portion size (grams)

Oops, ignore my last post! DD beat me to it :)

anytime. here are the syn values of some other ones too.

I had the tuna version of these today and was curious as to the syn value (in the sauce) so Googled them and found your post on here.

Each pack is 145 calories for tuna or 150 calories for the pork for the whole pack but as they are made up of approximately 95% free ingredients, mooli, tuna (in water), edamame beans(with the tuna), rice noodles (minuscule amount) cucumber, carrots, spinach, red peppers and spring onion I would very much doubt they have 5/6 syns in them in total. The syns would come from the small pot of dipping sauce which is where the 2.5g of fat (with the tuna version) is.

There is only 3g fat in the pork version (1g of saturated fat).

Don't forget, when calculating syns to discount the free food!

I think your original suggestion of 1/2 or possibly 2 syns for the pork version is nearer the mark :)
