I have just joined SWorld and am getting my head around free foods, superfree, syns etc
In my Food Optimising book it states that Fruit is free unless cooked and then it must be syn'd.
Rhubarb is listed as one of the superfree foods but you cant eat rhubarb raw, it must be cooked so therefore isnt is always a syn??
Hopefully someone will tell me this is an excepetion to the rule as I am not a big fan of fruit and its one of the few fruits that i like....
Unfortunately it's synned, you'll find the syn value at the back of your book.
Apparently some people eat it raw dipped in sugar or sweetner :-/
You can have rhubarb as one of your HEBs if you wanted to - it's a huge amount though! Can't remember how much offhand but it would be far too much for me to eat.
