Wondering if someone can help me. I have been eating WW Brown Danish bread as a healthy extra on EE and taking 2 slices a day. But I have seen on here that as it is brown and only 2 syns per slice I can have 3 slices? Can someone please tell me the correct syns per slice and how many slices count as healthy extra on this particular loaf?
Cant find it on sw website as a healthy extra at all. Think it has to be wholemeal not just brown to be used as one
