Hi , I wonder if anyone is able to find the Syn value for Itsu 3 Minute Noodle Pot - Thai Spicy Flavour . I think you can only get them from Sainsburys .

I have tried to find the value everywhere but cannot seem to do so .

Ps They are delicious and VERY filling

They are awesome! Like a quality Pot Noodle, using Udon instead of egg noodles.
Its going to have syns - the noodles aren't dry and the broth paste you add contains oil and sugar.

But they are huge and very filling - I am a massive eater (hence the weight LOL) but one of these for lunch and I am done!

Ive just put it through the calculator with dried noodles as the "free food" and they are showing as 8 syns per pot.

I was guessing at about 6+ so that tallies more or less.
