Hairy Dieters Chicken and ham tangle pie?

I made this pie when I briefly did the Hairy Dieters diet, it was amazing.
I wanted to know the syn value for it to see if it is still 'allowed'

the ingredients are:
serves 5

2 tsp sunflower oil
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
1 medium leek
100ml white wine
150ml water
chicken stock cube
1kg whole chicken
100g sliced smoked ham
2 tbsp plain flour
300g half fat creme fraiche
3 sheets of FILO pastry

2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil - 4 syns
Wine - 4 syns
Flour - 4.5 syns
Crème Fraiche - 25.5
Filo Pastry - 9
That's around 9.5 syns per person
