Thanks :) hope it helps! Not sure whether to just edit the one post to keep all values together :)

Its way to early to start talking about christmas lol. But if you must, get a 12 week countdown and you get a free christmas cookbook. If you do a search in the recipe section there are bound to be loads of threads full of ideas too :)

I know this should be exciting me but I'm finding it just depressing!
Mind you I'm on day 4 and haven't had the victory of seeing losses yet.
Ideally by Christmas there'll be a little less on the belly and a bigger smile on our faces!

I think I should subscribe- you're clearly very motivated misschaos and I could do with that sort of inspiration atm

Christmas pudding, gluten free, 25g 4
Christmas pudding, standard, 25g 4

25g is a bit stingy though!

If you really thought about this, there is no reason why you can't stick to the slimming world plan over Christmas. I love the idea of the stuffing balls, that is something I might try. I can't really be bad at Christmas as hubby and I are going to New Zealand on the 28th December for a month and I will be close enough to target by then (hopefully !!!). I don't want to blow all my hard work so plan to go easy on the food and go for long walks instead

Winter walks are great :)

What a great thread! I'm currently working on some recipes converting to SW. I'm interested in fish as my dh is pescatarian so I'm trying to come up with a few SW fish dishes . Will add when I have devised x

I really want to avoid having a gain at Xmas and alcohol is definitely going to be my downfall. Can avoid chocolate easily enough, but i know I will struggle to keep away from savoury things like crisps and dip, Yorkshire puddings and pigs in blankets!

If I drink which isn't often I have 35ml white rum (2.5 syn) with diet LILT it's like piña colada ;)

I failed last Xmas gaining 7 lb?? With not much justification if I'm honest, I didnt eat that much!

Year before 2 lb gain, sticking to plan but eating a whole batch of mini mince pies from SW Xmas book?! Lol
