Hi all,

hope everyone is having a great Friday?!! So ok, I have discovered I'm in love with the above ( must be a pregnancy thing) and really I'm wondering if there are many syns in them? I'm hoping not as I'm really enjoying them as a snack.

Any replies will be gratefully appreciated

Ooh so many mixed posts on this! Some people say free, some people say 0.5, 1, 1.5... is there a final answer??

Only 1 type shows up on syns online for cocktail sausages.

Chilled 180g pack, 15g each are 1 syn

oh dear! I hate using syns on anything but chocolate lol
Have you tried the low fat quorn sausages (they're in the frozen section) as they're syn free.
Also Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion sausages are another syn free option

I do eat the syn free sausages for dinner but needed a quick lunch in work. Ah well- I won't be having them again!

Also, don't suppose you know Syns for Sainsbury's Indian lentil & spinach quarter pounders.. I've put a request out but no response!
