Hey I was wondering if any of you could help me, it's my first week and I'm making sunday dinner today! I'm using Morrisons turkey breast with cranberry and orange stuffing. I've not had any of my syns today so thought i've have stuffing as my treat because the turkey is free with the fat cut off. i've looked it up on the syns and typed in manufacturer and the exact food item came up and said syns 1 and 1/2 syns per 100g serving. I also then typed in on the snackulator the kj which is 761 per 100g and it says 9 syns. I'm a bit confused .

The only reason i checked on the snackulator is because earlier on my friend brought me a chicken ceaser wrap for lunch but when i looked it up i couldnt find it so i used the snaculator and it came up saying 12 syns so I didn't eat it
Can anyone help ..... x

If in doubt go with the syn value on Syns Online. The snackulator is for foods which don't have any free food allowance. The syns calculator is always going to overestimate syns as well, because working them out is so complex. If the value is already on syns online, just go with that... I think? I hope that's right...

Thanks :D :D :D xxx
