Hi all, I'm new to this minimins and also to slimming world (technically not a member yet) Iv been given books and it explained to a little bit, but I'd like to know how many syns is in homemade mash with a little ss milk n low fat marg, one Yorkshire pudding and about 5tsps chicken gravy granules?thanks :)

You need to be more specific. How much milk and butter? If you are talking a dash of semi id allow 1 syn. What type of butter did you use? Was it a small Yorkshire? Homemade or aunt Bessie style? The gravy would be about 1.5 syns per 100ml so it depends upon how much you had.

Break it down and someone will help you :)

welcome to the boards :)
