Anyone confirm syns in muller dessert inspired lemon or Strawberry cheesecake yogs?
The ones with bisc on side 135g
Put details into syns online from packaging and it said 10&half. Is this right?

It sounds like perhaps you forgot the free food allowance for yogurt when you were working it out x
