    eating all syns in one meal?

    Been doing alot of shopping a lately and fed up of going to weatherspoons while out and about to stay away from loads of syns.

    If I have a mcdonalds and stay within syns (mcbites 5.5, small fried 8.5, garden salad no dressing and diet coke) will I still lose.

    I normally use between 5-10 syns on ingredients like cornflour or the odd xmas choccy and do sometimes use 13-15 per day but worrying that having them in one meal will effect my losses.

    I don't see why it would. You're still eating them if you have them spread out so I can't see why it would make the slightest difference.. Maybe someone else has another take on it...

    I wouldnt usually be so worried but planned to be super good all week for the weekend as going to york festival Saturday and 3 course xmas party lunch sunday so already going to struggle to lose hehe.

    Ive been super good since joining (3weeks ago) and gone from eating out about 4 times per week if not more to eating out once a week and choosing something very low syn and mcdonalds is now calling me hehe

    It won't make any difference if you eat all 15 in one meal or spread out during the day.
    Started Paleo/Primal Apr 2012 at 9st 9lbs.Got down to 8st 4lbs October 2012 and have been maintaining between 8st 4lbs-8st 7lbs since.


    If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.
