Red day lunches....
Started doing red days for a few weeks until christmas to try speed my weightloss up as its going so slow..but getting so bored of chicken salad every lunch time, can anyone recommend anything? preferably that i can grab from a shop like tesco or marks and spencer..I only have a microwave at work but i just want a jacket potato and tuna mayo in my life right about now!!!! :(

Tesco and M&S have great cold meat departments - loads of stuff you can have. I had some really great salt beef, completely lean, from the Tesco finest range the other day. Also, M&S have amazing prawns and cold salmon. Add some celery sticks and some cherry tomatoes and there you go.
