Hi I am rejoining SW on Thursday after a seven year break ( I cannot believe it has been that long. )

So I am going through my freezer and meal planning.

Can anyone tell me if this would be free on EE or what the syn values would be? Going to do throw a spag bol into the slow cooker. ( after I used this pack I will go back to buying fresh mince)

Thanks in advance.

Typical valuesPer 100g Shallow Fried

Fat9.5 g
(of which saturates)4.7 g
Fibre0.5 g
Sodium0.1 g
Salt0.4 g

I tried to look it up on the web site for you but couldn't find plain minced beef, let alone with 10% fat. If it was less than 5% it would be free. I'd be tempted to cook it and let it go cold, then remove any fat from the pan. Not perfect, but in my book better than chucking it out! :)

Is there nutritional info for the uncooked mince? Lean mince less than 12% fat is usually around 2 syns per 100g raw weight. As said less than 5% would be syn free on ee and red

There is no other nutritional info on there :( Argh....
