Syn Helo - For Tomorrow

would someone be able to help me please?

Is am trying and failing to syn the below? It's at a restaurant called The Carrington Arms in Moulsoe.

Pumpkin and ricotta ravioli with roasted butternut squash, tarragon cress and shaved Parmesan?

Can anyone shed any light?

i am also thinking of the following for a starter, views on this? Sorry really trying to get my head around it...

seared scallop, smoked haddock scotched egg and curry sauce (I can ask for that separate)

What an interesting looking building - although, looking at the pictures on their website, either it is suffering from severe subsidence, or the photographer spent too long in the bar before taking the pictures.

I don't think there is any way to accurately syn something like this. There is too much guesswork involved. Have it, enjoy it, get back on plan straight afterwards. The menu looks really lovely, so think of it as a treat.

And yes, do ask for the curry sauce to be served separately. Preferably in a separate room. Maybe in a separate county. Curry sauce with scallops? Yikes!
