Bonduelle petit pois peas syned?

Hi,

I'm trying to find out if Bonduelle petit pois peas in a tin are syned on extra easy. The syn calculator can't find Bonduelle. It says basic tinned petit pois are free but these have sugar and salt added. I don't know if I'm just being overly careful but the syns calculator doesn't have the option of petit pois as a choice once I've selected peas as the free allowance, and if I use any of the others it comes back at about 8 syns! Hope someone can help hoepfully fairly soon cause they keep calling to me .

Hi, I would just use peas as the free food allowance 'cos petit pours are just small peas. As for there being added sugar that would just be in the liquid they're in. If you drain them and heat them in water I don't think there would be any sugar in it. Hope this helps.
