    Syn free shop bought houmous?

    Hi everyone

I'm sure I read that a certain type of houmous from asda is free but I've searched the forums and can't find any mention. Can someone confirm if I'm imagining things?!

    Thank you x

Make it yourself and its freeeeeeee

Whizz up chick peas, garlic, lemon juice and a little paprika. Use any other flavour combos to make it spicy, milder, curry flavour, roast a sweet potato and add that (personal favourite) or add caramelised onions, the possibilities are endless .x.x.
    Suck it up, Buttercup

I always miss the taste of Tahini in the free versions of houmous - and it's the tahini which has the syns! So I get a good quality shop-bought houmous and mix it half and half with Total o% yogurt to make it go much further.

You can buy tahini paste and add that too, think it will still be lower in syns than shop bought as they often add oil and things too
