Anyone got a rough guess?!
I've discovered a delicious meal in a pub restaurant (One of the Vintage Inns) and was wondering if anyone could give me a rough guesstimate or opinion on Syn values?
It's a salad (who knew they could be SO delicious) with rocket, spinach, cabbage and lettuce, which I know are all free. but it's got pomegranate seeds, soya beans, grilled chicken (I think all free) with Chorizo - maybe 5 slices - and a spicy tomato mayo, which I'm guessing is full fat, I'd say probably about 1/2tbsns.
I had it with a side of thick chips, probably a bowl of about 12, which i split with my other half, which I've guesstimated at about 5 Syns.
Can someone correct me or give me an idea that I've made a slightly more sensible choice than having something else...mainly because it was so good I want to go again, but don't want to completely balls up my new start!

Do they include the calories on their menu? If they do you could use the 20 cals - 1 syn rule to guesstimate it wouldn't be too far out
Unfortunately no. Hmph. Still, I suppose for a treat it's still better than having fish and chips or a roast.
