Leg of lamb?

Is leg of lamb or lamb shanks free on extra easy? If they are I have died and gone to heaven!

Yep they are as long as all the visible fat and skin is removed

Is that before or after it's cooked?

If you add any wine or mint sauce for cooking, obviously then you would add syns but the meat (trimmed) on its own is free
