Hi, Can anyone tell me of there are any tins of stewed steak which are free please, or the lowest syns?

Sainsburys - free
Asda - 2.5
Aldi - 1
They're the best I've found!

Hi I believe marks and spencer do a free tinned stewed steak. Also asda tinned beeg stew is low syns

Sorry thought id get off my lazy bum and go and check the cupboard! M&s chunky steak tinned free. Also I know these aren't stewed steak but good finds. Asda cajun chicken free on red and ee. Asda beef bourguignon 3syns for the tin on red and ee lastly Asda coq au vin 4.5syns on red and ee.
