How many syns please?

Could someone please tell me if and how many syns aren in the following recipe?

2 onions
4 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp flaked salt
2 tsp dried herbs
1 bay leaf
1 kg lean braising steak
500ml 4% alc dark ale
250ml beef stock made from a beef stock cube
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tsp caster sugar
5 carrots
2 parsnips

Can only find the flour which would be 14 syns.
The ale I can't find but 500ml of Newcastle brown ale is 9.5 syns.
Caster sugar would be syns I guess too but not sure how many.
