Can anyone tell me the syn value of the peri peri chicken skewers with rice? It looked the best thing to have diet wise!

    Here you go...

The chicken, peppers and the salad are free. Count 1 or 2 syns for oil that was probably used to cook the chicken. Ask for the piri piri sauce to be on the side, so you can add as much as you like, I would say about 1 Syn for 1 tbsp of sauce.

It's Syn free, so long as you don't have the sauce! I think that's about 1 Syn per tbsp

The sauce was on the side, I had all of it so I called it 3 syns for the sauce. I recommend it to anyone off to spoons as it was very filling and comes with a side salad!
