Mexican rice fusions and nandos medium marinade

Hi guys can anyone tell me how many syns are in the Mexican rice fusions from Birdseye? They were on sale for a pound in asda so couldn't resist them ha! Thanks!
Also does anyone happen to know how many are in the nandos medium marinade? Thanks xx

Just checked Syns Online and can't find specifically Mexican Rice Fusions. The Golden Vegetable version is 1 Syn and all others are either 2 or 2.5. Not sure if that really helps but at least it gives you a rough idea.

The Nando's Medium Peri-Peri Marinade is 0.5 Syns per level tablespoon. I'm making my own Nando's for tea tonight and using this marinade, coincidence!

Hi, Nandos marinade is half a syn for 1 tablespoon.

Weird but cant find the mexican rice, there are other flavours on there and they are on average 2 syns each.
