    Yup, most bread is pretty Synful I'm afraid. White bread is notoriously high in Syns! Best off going for wholemeal if you can - 60g wholemeal bread counts as a Healthy Extra B.

    On the app- m & s submarine roll (4 pack) comes in at 14 syns per roll. Saves you half a syn than expected!

    I gave it a miss altogether...that's a shocking amount of syns for a bit of bread!
