Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and need a bit of help!
I went to nandos last night and had:
Medium quarter chicken(kept the skin on)
Corn on the cob (no butter)
And macho peas.

Can anyone tell me how many syns this is and how I can eat there for less syns as being a student it's my go-to restaurant aha!

Weighed myself today and yesterday though and managed to lose 2lb so I'm not too fussed, just want to go in knowing more in future!

Joining my SW group next week but been getting a head start on the plan since I know about how to do it anyway, just need some support and motivation I think!
