syns value help please!!!

Does anyone know the syns value of the porridge pot from waitrose cafe please? The saturated fat is 3.6g n the kcal is 218. I have tried the syns calculator but I didn't note down enough info I'm afraid. Thanks in advance xxx

It would be 1 syn per 20 calories as there is no free food allowance involved - so 11 syns. For future reference can you keep questions about syns to the syn values hun as it makes it easier for people to find them
