Hiya,

We've just had some freebies delivered to work, bel vita brekkie bickies! Anyone know the syn value? I doubt they'd be hex?

Not a healthy extra I'm afraid.

Can you be a bit more specific as to which flavour / variety they are. As Belvita biscuits range from 2.5 - 6 Syns each depending on what kind they are.

They are the regular ones I think in yellow packet

I bet they aren't worth it! Haha. I'll give them away, I'd rather spend my syns on yummy stuff! Thanks for the reply

They are just biscuits. Calling them "breakfast" is just a marketing con.

I've tasted them before, they're grand if you're out and about and starving. But def not worth the syns!!!
