    Bacholours pasta in sauce,

    Have loads of these pasta in sauces in the cupboard but no idea of the syn value can any one help?

    Iv got
    Chicken mushroom
    Tomato and herb
    Cheese n ham
    Cheese n broccoli

    I know they are less syns if you don't add milk or water but don't think they are free either

    Help

    Has anyone tried cooking them, then reheating them? Just wondering if that would work for lunch at work, as quite fraffo to cook when at work, but could do the night before??

    I thought the same today! I have been having mug shots at work, but it not quite enough to fill me up I get hungry half an hour later.

    You can reheat them. All I do is add some cold water to it first to loosen it all up then microwave until hot

    I love the cheese and broccoli one over jacket sweet potatoes, (odd concoction I know haha)
