hi can anyone tell me if asda chosen by you chicken balti is syn free as i'm getting mixed syn values??

I doubt very much it will be free. The one place to check is syns online on the SW website, there shouldn't be any conflicting syn values.

I'm afraid the sw app says it's 13 syns on EE and Original and 25 syns on green! Quite steep!! X
