Syn value for honey

Hi All,

I m starting slimming world again at the end of the month but before I start I want to get an idea of how much of current eating plan I can keep....I drink lemon and honey water every morning and just wanted to know how many syns 2 tablespoons of clear honey is?

It would be 5 syns.

1 tbsp is 2.5 syns - 1 tsp is 1 syn

A level tablespoon of honey is 2.5 syns on all plans. That's according to my book, which is a couple of years old, but I doubt it has changed.

Thank you ladies, think I will cut down to 2 tsps then reduce to 1 once I'm used to the less sweet version!!
