Hi everyone, does anyone know if vanilla bean paste has any syns in it??

I can't see anything online about syns, have you a brand name or anything?

1 syn per 20 calories for something like this, I would think.

It has no nutritional values on the jar at all, will check the make. It's lovely stirred into plain yog, avoids the artificial sweetener used in diet yogs which I can't stand the taste of!

According to their website, the Nielsen-Massey brand (which is the one I have seen before in shops) is 20 calories for 1 teaspoon, which would be one syn.

Ooh brilliant thanks, it does taste sweet so I didn't think it would be free, but 1 syn is fine!
