    Good Morning - I am planning to rejoin after an unsuccessful attempt at WW & am just going through my cupboards trying to do a menu plan for the next week or so based on the food already in there - could someone look up the following for me (I will be doing EE when I restart)

    WW Sauces:
    Parmesan & Pesto
    Tikka Masala
    Roasted Garlic
    Bolognese with red wine

    WW Tuna
    Coronation style
    Tomato & herb

    Sainsbury's soups:
    Chicken, Leek & Barley
    Spiced Red Pepper

    Baxters Red Lentil & vegetable soup

    Tesco Healthy Living Lentil & bacon soup in a mug
    Asparagus soup in a mug

    That's it for now

    Asparagus soup in a mug = 15g sachet = 2.5 syns

    Just for future reference, so you don't need to post big lists - ready made soups and sauces can be worked out using 1 syn for every 20 cals as they don't quakify for any free food allowance! HTH x
