when i went shoppin last i picked up campbells low fat chicken condensed soup...
the tin has the followin info:
as sold 100g is 51cal
as consumed 100g is 25cal
but says there is 2 servings of 78cal per serving
so if im right 1/2 the tin shud be 6.5 syns?
ide just like some clarification im working this out correctly as im doing sw from home.
