    Weight away oat & barley

    Can anyone tell me how many syns are in these please?

    I'm doin slimming world from home do don't have access to website,

    The ones I have are Individual packages that are 50g if that helps x I also have other I go if needed

    I bought them from fultons

    I'd never seen them before, but thought I'd try them as they was lower in cals then normal porridge,


    I have all the general info if any one can work the syns out

    If it's like a grain to make a porridge, you can use 1syn for every 20 cals to work it out

    I presume it is.

    I'll get them out and have a look,
    Just says oats and barley so presume it would just be like porridge oats
