Bio Live Yogurt Orange, Carrot & Mango, 0% Fat , 450g pot = 3 syns
Carrot yogurt? Well, I suppose if you can have carrot cake!! Sounds odd though - is it nice?
Not tried it yet. Wanted to know the damage before I bought it lol! That is pretty amazing syns for the whole pot
Yeo Valley is on offer in Morrison's at the moment, 2 big pots for £2! They're £1.50 each.
Do you happen to know the syn values for any of the other 0% fat ones or would they be quite similar anyway?x

I tried some of this and it is delicious, really refreshing, think it would be good frozen in summer.
Hoping to lose 20kg before Glastonbury 2014 - so I can wear some funky clothes
