Hi I live in Spain and it is hard for me to get soe of the nice stuff available back hone for dieting etc, was just wondering if anyone knows the amount of syns in low fat cottage cheese from lidl, and how much for the syn or healthy extra, as I am really enjoying it in jacket potatoes at the min thanks xxxxx
