chicken juice

If I bake chicken breast with no skin on in oven then add the juice that comes off it to gravy would it add more syns? Thanks in advance
 
As far as I am aware, if you let the liquid settle for a while, then skim off any fat (there shouldn't be much if it is chicken breast) then it would not have syns.
 
Good :) I cant see why not cos if I dry friend it that juice would still come off and I wouldnt be expected to syn it :) just thought id check x
