Philidelphia sauces???

Does anyone know the syn value of the philidelphia sauces, mushroom and garlic and herb ????? My co op have got an offer of 99p,,,,, i went mad and bought 6!!!!!!

There's no free food allowance in pre-made sauces, so you can count 1 Syn for every 20 calories x

Just looked them up.

13.5 syns on all plans for both varieties per 200g pouch.

Thanks for checking guys , blimey 7syns for half a packet ,,,,,,, although is is delish !!!! Maybe only once a week ,,,, humpf good job its got a good sell by date!!! Got loads of them !!!

As long as you know you can plan to have it when you can fit it in with the other stuff you're eating. If you want it, and it's tasty it's not a lot of syns!

( I tried it once when my mum bought some and wasn't impressed, but then I'm not overly fussed on soft cheese anyway, so what was I expecting!)
