Hi does anyone know the syn value of irwins skinnys??

I googled them as I didn't know what they were, and it looks like they are bread.

Bread doesn't contain any free food allowance so you can count 1 Syn for every 20 calories x

Yea they r really light bread type things lol also called thins.. Think they r 100 cals each so 5 syns then?
