I'm on my lunch now and all I have available is a hovis 50/50 roll.

Can anyone tell me how many Syns please.

I found these by Hovis, are they the same thing? Couldn't find anything for 50/50...

Best of Both Sliced Rolls 6 pack, 62g each = 7.5 Syns on all plans
