Quick and Easy 'keep in the cupboard' free foods

I'm sure someone has asked this before but I have searched and can't find anything... I'm back to Slimming World following a 3 year break and wondered if there are any changes to store cupboard type stuff I can reach for that are free when I can't be bothered cooking fresh and from scratch! I know the dried rice, mug shot, pasta n sauce type stuff. Any other suggestions would be brilliant

I usually have things like tuna(in brine) and tins of chopped tomatoes so I can do sauces for things.
