Sainsbury's Chicken Balti Meal Soup

Had the 400g pot for lunch yesterday, assuming the whole lot was the HexB... but just read that only 200g counts as the HexB so I need to count the other half as syns (I assume).

The soup is tomato based with chicken and rice (I think)... so I assume some of the ingredients should be free and superfree - but I am not sure how to calculate it.

Yes, a 200g serving is a HExB. If found the Syn value on the SW website:

Chicken Balti Meal Soup, chilled, 400g pot = 11.5 Syns

I would round this up to 12 to make it more accurate when you halve it. So I'd say you've had a HExB plus 6 Syns.
