My lovely partner made an aunt bessies carrot cake for valentines. Does anyone have a syn value. If not for this type but any type of carrot cake so I can estimate the syns.

I usually get calorie values from Tesco website, but it doesn't seem to list this one. They do list Betty Crocker carrot cake mix, which is 235 calories for one twelfth of the cake without icing, which would be nearly 12 syns.
Does he still have the packet? It would give the calorie content on it. And you could just divide it by 20 to get the syn value.

Sadly packet is outside in bottom of recycling bin. I will use Betty crocker value. Thankfully he ate most of it. We didn't add icing as don't like it ,so made sense to get a mix.
Shame it's so high, was aiming for a syn free day today to save syns. Little piece left and just had to have it!
