A porridge still a HEB with a scan bran ?

You can have 35g porridge oats as a HExB. That doesn't include a Scan Bran with it - you'd need to Syn the SB.

You're best off just buying a big bag of plain porridge oats and measuring out your 35g, it will probably work out cheaper that way too. If you don't have time to weigh them out each morning then you can dedicate a little time to do the whole thing in one go, then you can just grab your bag of oats wheenever you need them x

Can I still do them in the microwave ?

Yes you can, the instructions will be on the box or packet. It takes the same amount of time. The only difference is that you might need a deeper bowl, as the packet ones contain lecithin which helps to stop it boiling over.

Yeah - and cleaning porridge that has welded itself to the inside of your microwave is NOT good! Mind you, it probably counts as decent exercise :)
