Allinson Bread

Hi, newbie to slimming world here, just wondered if there are different types of this bread, I can only seem to see harvest grain in my local town even tho in the book it suggests whole meal? Iv only been eating a slice as my hex, and not syning it, any idea if it's ok for hex? It's the blue wrapper? Help!

As a healthy extra B you can have 2 slices from a wholemeal 400g loaf (any brand but must be wholemeal), or on the list is 1 x slice of Allinson Wholemeal Batch Bread 800g or 1 x Slice of Allinson High Fibre White bread, 800g loaf.
