Hi all I have recently found a yogurt from aldi which is very much like muller light just cheaper! Comes in my fav flavour raspberry and cranberry can anyone tell me if they are free or if I have to give them a syn value? Thanks in advance
Hi, they're not free cause there's more sugar in them than mullers. That particular flavour isn't online but the cherry one is 1 syn, so I would count it the same if I were you, unless someone else knows better.
